I recently had cozy dog Fireplace servicing my gas fireplace. I can honestly tell you that Sal and 1 the technicians couldn’t have done a better job. The price was very reasonable and they made sure every single thing in the unit was working properly. They spent an extraordinary amount of time, cleaning everything and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great, I cannot imagine them having to do anything else beyond what they did. Even when what we chose didn't fit in the furniture I was about to have installed, Caroline quickly helped me with a great alternative with the same smile she greeted me with on day one. The staff at Cozy Dog Fireplace couldn't be more helpful or friendly. I could of sat there and just chatted for the day. Selection was alot to choose from. We found the perfect fireplace and with their help organizing size, style and when I needed it. We were having a custom built frame at home so picking the right fireplace was important. I GIVE THEM 2 THUMBS UP for all their help. Now I can enjoy a quiet evening with a glass of wine and my cozy fireplace.
